Responsibilities
Provide a top-notch customer experience by discussing, investigating, and resolving inquiries from car owners, dealerships, and third-party partners-via phone and email
Keep everything organized by documenting correspondence, actions, and outcomes in the company's CRM system
Dive deep into policies, warranties, customer programs, and laws to ensure you're delivering accurate and satisfying solutions
Work alongside a supportive and mission-driven Consumer Affairs team to crush goals and meet deadlines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (required!)
Strong written and verbal communication skills that impress every time
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Stellar time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
Typing speed of 65+ WPM to keep up with the fast pace
Preferred
Prior experience in customer service or an office environment is a bonus-but not essential!
