Responsibilities
Drive the overarching integrated media roadmap—spanning Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, CTV, and Emerging Channels—to maintain the client’s position as a global market leader
Identify and capitalize on "first-to-market" opportunities, particularly in AI-driven media, privacy-first measurement, and next-generation digital ecosystems
Dissolve traditional silos to ensure brand and performance initiatives function as a closed-loop system, maximizing long-term brand equity alongside short-term growth
Serve as a consultant on global resource infrastructure, advising on the talent and technology required to support the client’s continued expansion
Design and implement robust operational frameworks that facilitate seamless multi-week campaign execution and rapid scaling into new product areas
Establish high-velocity workflows that ensure end-to-end campaign development is consistent, repeatable, and agile
Direct resource allocation and investment across a comprehensive global portfolio, ensuring all deliverables meet exacting specifications while remaining on time and on budget
Develop universal toolkits and playbooks that empower regional teams to launch and manage programs with local relevance and global consistency
Partner with Growth and Data teams to build standardized measurement frameworks, ensuring the business impact of media is clearly quantified and socialized
Act as a premier data storyteller, translating complex performance metrics into compelling, executive-level business cases that influence client decision-making
Conduct quarterly deep-dives into operational efficiency, providing actionable recommendations on process refinement and strategic hiring
Oversee and mentor a high-performing, agency-embedded team, fostering a culture of excellence, intellectual curiosity, and radical collaboration
Build and sustain high-trust relationships with client leadership and internal discipline leads across Strategy, Creative, and Analytics
Lead integrated teams to deliver complex programs across web, email, and digital advertising, ensuring total alignment across global hubs
Qualification
Required
15+ years of leadership in media and digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, global accounts
Demonstrated success in building and scaling complex global operations from the ground up
Deep fluency in the global search and digital advertising ecosystem, with a 'media-first' lens on driving customer acquisition and engagement
An exceptional communicator who manages with transparency and possesses the executive presence to navigate complex stakeholder environments
A 'leader of leaders' capable of inspiring cross-functional teams to produce world-class work under rigorous timelines
You prioritize the professional trajectory of the team
You identify individual potential and provide necessary mentorship for team members to thrive
