Operate as paralegal and office lead
Involve legal research
Preparing pleadings and discovery
Familiarity with the seven (7) Bay Area counties’ Superior Courts’ and their local rules
Ongoing and direct contact with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
Conducting research
Managing relations with experts and investigators
Qualification
Required
Legal Research Skills including West, Lexis, and related applications
Competence in Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Law Toolbox, and related applications)
Ability to provide sound legal research results
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Paralegal certificate or requisite experience
Experience with California civil litigation / Code of Civil Procedure / Discovery Act
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Eagerness to learn, advance, and excel in a firm that promotes from within
