Entry, Mid LevelHTC Global Services is seeking a UI/UX Designer to contribute to the design of an innovative solution. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to gather information, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly product.

Responsibilities
User Research: Gathering data through interviews and surveys to understand user needs
Wireframing & Prototyping: Creating low-fidelity blueprints (wireframes) and high-fidelity interactive models (prototypes) to test designs before development
Usability Testing: Observing how real users interact with the design to identify and fix "pain points"
Visual Design: Developing the final look, including icons, layouts, and interactive elements
User research & analysis
Wireframing & prototyping (using tools like Figma)
Visual design & branding
Usability testing & feedback incorporation
Collaboration with developers & product managers
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
Empathy, communication, and collaboration skills
User research: Gathering data through interviews and surveys to understand user needs
Wireframing & Prototyping: Creating low-fidelity blueprints (wireframes) and high-fidelity interactive models (prototypes) to test designs before development
Usability Testing: Observing how real users interact with the design to identify and fix 'pain points'
Visual Design: Developing the final look, including icons, layouts, and interactive elements
User research & analysis
Wireframing & prototyping (using tools like Figma)

Ability to work with many levels in organization (VP, Director, Managers, Automotive Designers & Engineers etc.)
