Legal Assistant or Experienced Legal Assistant
GLP Attorneys is the largest personal injury law firm in Washington State, seeking a Legal Assistant or Experienced Legal Assistant to join their Seattle team. This role involves managing client files, supporting case management, and ensuring effective communication with clients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Attorney and their legal team to support a caseload
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure cases are managed effectively and efficiently
Set up new client files, manage case records, assist with PIP claims, and ensure account balances are accurate
Maintain regular communication with clients, healthcare providers, and other involved parties
Handle client correspondence, address inquiries, and conduct client reviews
Manage medical bill payments and support the tracking of related documentation
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma is required; advanced education or a paralegal certification is preferred
Experience working as a legal assistant or in a professional office setting is highly desired
Competency working with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written communication skills and experience drafting professional correspondence
Comfortable speaking with clients and healthcare providers over the phone and via email
A detail-oriented approach, balanced with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering excellent client service
Preferred
Advanced education or a paralegal certification
Prior experience in plaintiffs' personal injury law
