Reviews and processes Return Deposit Items, Signature/Deposit verification
Prepares and performs transactions research and adjustments
Responsible for following all procedures and verification processes before making pay decisions
Qualification
Required
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent
2 years of related work experience in financial institution; in preferably deposit operations or equivalent internal EagleBank branch banking experience
Critical thinking skills need to identify possible fraudulent activity and escalate to manager and Fraud team
Decision Making
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Work independently as well as within a team environment
Working knowledge of MS Office
