Support the company's safety culture and ensure efficient and effective truck coordination and scheduling

Maintain a positive and productive team culture through driver leadership and supervision
Lead, manage and support a team of CDL drivers, including coaching and performance feedback
Monitor driver locations, loads, schedules, and hours of service compliance to ensure efficient routing and on-time deliveries
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, load details and fleet utilization
Qualification
Required
Supervisory experience of a team of 5-10 CDL drivers is required
Computer and data entry skills are required
