Responsibilities

Prepare and generate accurate and timely invoices for professional services rendered. Ensure compliance with our proposals, contracts, and rate tables
Collaborate with various departments to assist with their billing process. Resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly
Maintain and update customer accounts and records
Monitor and track outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections
Work with clients to address and resolve payment discrepancies
Generate and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts
Participate in a monthly collections meeting to provide updates on outstanding invoices
Record and reconcile daily cash receipts in the accounting system
Ensure accuracy in applying payments to the correct client accounts

Required

Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
Experience in a similar role, or significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

Preferred

Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
