Responsibilities

Support the Director in implementing and continuously refining an integrated set of choices within the current business model for the respiratory portfolio, including key components such as HUB operations, data integrations, and specialty pharmacy network considerations
Conduct analytical assessments and scenario modeling to inform prioritization and alignment of investments across customers, areas, and commercial levers within the business model
Monitor and synthesize competitive intelligence, access dynamics, and relevant policy developments to identify implications for both current and future respiratory assets
Partner with marketing team to ensure an integrated set of choices across customer type (e.g., consumer, payer, hcp) that considers all interdependencies across data systems, HUB, and specialty pharmacy network etc
Lead operational components of lifecycle planning activities, including developing frameworks, market research, forecasts, timelines, analyses, and cross-functional alignment tools to support U.S. input into global clinical studies, combinations, and development planning. Ensure insights, risks, and dependencies are captured and communicated to the Director to support ongoing strategic refinement
Generate U.S. input into future clinical studies & combinations and provide US POV on stage-gate and development plan decisions
Conduct structured assessments of future commercial opportunities to support U.S. business development evaluations in partnership with payer marketing and global commercial teams. Help define the U.S. future potential for new products in the respiratory space
Coordinate with Product Marketing Owners and Customer Agile Teams to ensure alignment and integration of lifecycle and future strategy elements into customer-level strategy and execution plans
Maintain clear governance, documentation, and tracking mechanisms that enable visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies across lifecycle and strategy initiatives
As a member of the US Pharma Respiratory marketing team, partner with fellow colleagues to invest in each other’s development, build a culture of inclusivity, psychological safety, transparency and stretch our collective team’s thinking by challenging the status quo for the purpose of creating stronger outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS)
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience across marketing, sales, market access (or related experiences) in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferably
Pharmaceutical experience required – Respiratory experience preferred
Strong analytical, strategic, and operational planning skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations
Strategic and tactical planning skills
Elevated level of collaborative skills and ability to work across various parts of the organization
