The Ecommerce Intern will support the team through a structured capstone project aligned to key business needs and gain hands-on experience in an industrial safety manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Execute a defined capstone project addressing a real business problem or opportunity
Create leverageable digital & ecomm centric vertical content
Collect VOC data through digital sources (owned & partner) to identify potential engagement & CVR boosting opportunities
Create custom GPTs across DigEcomm that will increase efficiency
Participate in Intern Week, professional development sessions, and networking events
Present final project outcomes and recommendations during Capstone Presentations to leadership
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Curiosity, initiative, and interest in industrial manufacturing or safety solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools a plus
