Director of Client Relations
Sparkle and Sass Consulting LLC is focused on innovative educational solutions, and they are seeking a Director of Client Relations to lead family relationships in the Bay Area. This role involves owning the end-to-end relationship with Alpha families, guiding them through enrollment and long-term commitment while building trust and managing communication effectively.

Responsibilities
Owning the full relationship with Bay Area families from first inquiry through enrollment, retention, and advocacy
Leading high-consideration 1:1 conversations and small-group sessions that help families evaluate a fundamentally different model of school
Hosting on-site events that reflect Alpha’s rigor, ambition, and bias for substance over flash
Managing nuanced questions, feedback, and confidential issues with judgment and precision
Turning satisfied families into advocates within tightly connected founder, operator, and investor networks
Building enrollment momentum through credibility, referrals, and presence—not volume-based outreach
Qualification
Required
5+ years in client-facing roles serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth families or principals
Demonstrated experience leading multi-meeting, high-consideration decisions that resulted in enrollment, signed agreements, or long-term commitments
Clear outcomes from prior work, including conversion, retention, satisfaction, or referrals
Experience independently managing a personal network or relationship pipeline end to end
Comfort hosting and coordinating experiences for 25+ high-profile individuals simultaneously
Proven discretion handling sensitive, confidential, or complex issues
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and willing to work on-site full-time
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
