Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and submit posting corrections
Resolve cash application discrepancies through detailed reporting and analysis
Investigate and resolve customer discrepancies, billing issues, and payment disputes in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective resolution
Analyze and actively manage the accounts receivable aging report
Identify trends, mitigate collection risk, and improve overall collection effectiveness
Prepare and present recurring reports on AR performance, aging analysis, and collection forecasts
Communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Partner with Business Development, Alliance Management, and Project Management teams to resolve client issues
Support continuous improvement of the end-to-end order-to-cash process
Support month-end close activities including AR reconciliations and aging reviews
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the AR function
Propose and help implement efficiency-driven solutions
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, financial analysis, or data analytics
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Demonstrated initiative with the ability to identify complex issues and drive corrective action
Strong analytical mindset with intellectual curiosity and problem-solving capability
Proven ability to meet goals and take full ownership of responsibilities and outcomes
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Comfortable using the full Google Workspace suite
Preferred
Experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or Healthcare industry
Experience reading and interpreting contracts strongly preferred
