Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit partners and mission-driven brands at events, pop-ups, and outreach locations
Engage community members through face-to-face marketing and relationship-building
Support donor outreach, lead generation, and supporter sign-ups
Collaborate with team members to execute sales and outreach strategies
Track and report campaign performance using CRM systems and reporting tools
Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional coaching
Qualification
Required
Are 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S
Hold a high school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus)
Enjoy working with people in public, event-based environments
Communicate clearly and respond well to feedback
Are goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based growth
