Technical Program Manager III, Systems and Tooling, Cloud Supply Chain

Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in both internal and external partner organizations, working cross-functionally to achieve project goals
Manage a large portfolio of supply chain software development programs, spanning supply planning, execution, and asset management, working across numerous internal teams and external partners
Scope, plan, and manage projects, including financial and human resources, quality of software development, risks, schedules, communication plans, and deliverables
Initiate new software development programs, identifying and delivering features that drive performance, scale, functionality, security, quality, and efficiency
Engage with engineering directors, product leaders, and other TPM groups to streamline processes, simplify execution, and drive efficiencies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience with supply chain management
Experience working with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with managing AI/ML engineering initiatives, especially within Cloud or Supply Chain
Experience in supply/demand planning with end-to-end supply chain management (e.g. forecasting, supplier management, manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, reverse logistics)
Experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD, and engineering productivity metrics
Background in supply chain systems or processes
