Patient Service Representative

Perform duties related to checking-in/out patients

Qualification
Required
High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
Valid Oklahoma Driver License Required
Strong Computer Skills (MS Office Suite – specifically with Outlook, Word, Excel)
Typing and data entry
Medical terminology
Answer phone
Detail-oriented
Quality focus
Ability to prioritize and work within deadlines
Excellent customer service skills
Professionalism and interpersonal communication
Ability to effectively communicate with patients and all medical staff
Ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
Ability to learn new processes as required

Some college or technical school in related field
Six months related job experience
Experience with EMR system
