This role focuses on customer service and inside sales, emphasizing outbound outreach, order processing, and relationship management with established accounts.

Responsibilities

Support existing professional accounts including estheticians, dermatologists, and small business owners
Conduct 30+ outbound calls per day, documenting all outreach and account activity
Process orders and respond to customer service inquiries
Proactively communicate promotions, product launches, and education opportunities
Support Territory Managers by maintaining engagement and continuity with assigned accounts
Stay organized and prioritize outreach based on provided call lists and account needs

Required

Highly organized, curious, and eager to learn products and client needs
Self-starter who enjoys relationship-building and supporting small businesses

Preferred

Background in sales, customer service, retail, or esthetics is a plus
