Responsibilities
Manage daily landscape projects and maintenance to ensure they are performed within proposed budget and hours
Conduct client meetings and site walk-throughs
Develop proposals and execute awarded proposals
Ensure quality control and client satisfaction
Responsible for cost control in the areas of labor, equipment, material and supplies
A broad knowledge of general landscaping maintenance including irrigation controller programming, plants, tools, safety, and equipment
Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients
Work closely with all field employees to train and grow them individually and as a team
Maintain safe work practices, hold weekly Tailgate Safety Meetings, report all incidents and accidents to management
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in landscape management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google and landscape design software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license
