District Sales Manager
Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is a global company focused on improving patients' lives through innovative biopharmaceutical therapies. They are seeking a District Sales Manager to lead and develop a sales team, drive product promotion solutions, and build strong customer relationships in the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities
Responsible for motivating, managing and developing the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in their district
Effectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies
Monitor field activities to ensure all are within compliance guidelines and provide timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions while collaborating closely with leadership, commercial operations, marketing and medical affairs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of Commercial pharmaceutical experience
3+ years of District or Regional management experience with a proven track record of success
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
Preferred
Advanced Degree
Experience in Vaccines
Experience in Cardiology, Endocrinology OR Nephrology strongly preferred
