Responsibilities
You will handle all phases of pre-trial litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and case management in California labor and employment matters
You will have real ownership over your work with access to collaborative partners and teammates who value transparency, respect, and open feedback
You will also have the opportunity to work on the firm’s intellectual property litigation matters if interested in expanding your skill set
Qualification
Required
California-licensed attorney
At least 4 years experience in California labor and employment cases involving wage and hour claims (class and PAGA)
Experience in employment matters involving harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation claims
