Responsibilities
Audit and maintain the Procore Directory to ensure accuracy across all entities
Assign default permission templates to users and identify/assign all entities
Identify and merge duplicate company records
Monitor project statuses to determine when project are ready for formal completion
Utilize Procore Extract tools to capture comprehensive project data
Migrate all of the extracted project data into Egnyte
Review project audit reports to track software utilization
Proactively reach out to project teams to ensure all Procore features and fully implemented
Coordinate with project teams to gather and record subcontractor performance ratings
Power BI report writing preferred but not required
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in construction management, construction data, or a related field
Proficient in Zoom, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI, Procore, PowerPoint, Sage, Camtasia Studio, and Adobe/Bluebeam
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to problem-solve and implement process improvements
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Experience with software implementation and training
Independent, analytical, precise, resourceful, determined, helpful, and responsive
Preferred
Power BI report writing preferred but not required
