Responsibilities
Responsible for working laterally across F-35 GSC and other LM functions, including Program Management, to develop comprehensive acquisition and execution plans in support of programmatic milestones
Responsible for acquisition milestone tracking from RFP through Definitization for major efforts
Responsible for summary level performance metrics to respective PM, including constraint resolution
Integration point between GSC and the F-35 Sustainment PMO, responsible for effective communication between the functions
Responsible for removing roadblocks and driving actions to supporting functions to enable successful GSC execution of program requirements
Qualification
Required
Global Supply Chain Management – Material Program Manager
Responsible for working laterally across F-35 GSC and other LM functions, including Program Management
Develop comprehensive acquisition and execution plans in support of programmatic milestones
Responsible for acquisition milestone tracking from RFP through Definitization for major efforts
Responsible for summary level performance metrics to respective PM, including constraint resolution

Preferred
Majors Procurement experience
Coordinate, organize, and deploy the SCM strategy to support Prime Contract efforts
Experience TINA compliant (Truth in Negotiations Act)
Program Customer (Negotiation) Experience
Represent the SCM organization to both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP), (ERP), (MRP) or similar
