Required

10+ years of PMO experience, preferably within banking or financial services
Strong experience supporting regulatory, risk, compliance, or audit-driven programs
Deep knowledge of PMO best practices, including RAID management, governance, reporting, and financial tracking
Proven ability to establish and manage program governance frameworks, including RAID logs, issue escalation, and decision logs
Experience maintaining integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Ability to prepare senior management and executive-level dashboards, including status, risks, milestones, and financials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong executive-facing experience
Demonstrated capability to proactively identify, track, and escalate program risks and issues
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and PMO tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Clarity, Jira – PMO usage)

Preferred

Experience working with U.S. banking regulators (e.g., FRB, OCC, FDIC) is a strong plus
