Marketing Manager - Revenue Growth Specialist
LGC Hospitality is focused on driving measurable revenue growth through data-driven marketing campaigns that support their sales team's success. The Marketing Manager will design and execute marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and create tools to aid sales in closing deals faster.

Responsibilities
Design and execute marketing campaigns with clear ROI targets
Track cost per lead, conversion rates, and revenue attribution
Partner with sales to create campaigns that fill their pipeline
Kill campaigns that don't perform, scale ones that do
Build dashboards showing marketing's impact on revenue
Present monthly ROI reports to leadership
Work with finance to understand customer acquisition costs
Make data-driven recommendations for budget allocation
Create tools that help sales close deals faster
Develop case studies and ROI calculators
Manage website and digital assets for lead generation
Coordinate with sales on messaging that converts
Qualification
Required
3-7 years B2B marketing experience
Proven track record of measuring marketing ROI
Excel/analytics skills (you're not afraid of spreadsheets)
Experience with CRM and marketing automation
Ability to translate data into decisions
Preferred
Staffing industry knowledge
Knowledge of marketing tools with ability to recommend best apps to use for company
