Responsibilities
Participate in the daily operations of the property
Respond to Work Orders per company policy
Grounds and exterior upkeep, as needed
The Turn and Make Ready process
Conduct regular health and safety inspections
Inspecting units for Move In readiness
Ensure company policy and state and federal safety and fair housing laws are adhered to
Hands on maintenance
Assists the Maintenance Supervisor to better the property and position through great ideas
Qualification
Required
3 years' maintenance experience, required
Experience with plumbing, electrical and HVAC, required
HVAC Certification, required
Good organizational and people skills
Must be able to lift and work with heavy equipment
Must live within 30 minutes of property and have a valid driver's license
Preferred
Maintenance experience in multi-unit complexes, apartments, or hotels preferred
Mechanical background, preferred
