Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and Release documentation including:
Process Development (PD) reports
IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports
Equipment EHS documentations
Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, and Setup Sheets
TMV documentation
Process monitoring forms and tracking sheets
Support document revisions, change controls, and PCH routing in Agile through Approval process
Support in EBR documentations and closure
Assist in DOE planning, execution, data analysis, and documentation
Support tool qualification, mold trials, and rework documentation
Participate in IQ/OQ/PQ execution and data review
Collaborate on process and design-related changes, ensuring alignment with validation and regulatory requirements
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and production, to ensure seamless execution of molding activities
Provide technical support for process changes, validations, and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics, or related engineering field
2–6 years of experience in injection molding, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering (depending on level)
Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validations, DOE, and manufacturing documentation
Preferred
Working knowledge of Agile documentation systems
Exposure to medical device manufacturing or regulated industries (ISO 13485, FDA, etc.) is a plus
