Responsibilities
Verification of account information from custodian
Communicates directly with financial advisors to assist in executing customer wishes
Preparation, execution, and completion of IRA rollover documents
Communicating directly with the sales team
Communicating in a professional manner with financial institutions
Maintaining, updating and organizing confidential records
Follow through with assigned tasks, completed deadlines as assigned
Work with or without direct supervision
Set daily priorities in order to achieve department, individual, and company goals
Manage schedules in order to work efficiently and effectively
Ability to communicate directly with customers with the utmost professionalism
Qualification
Required
Experience with IRA's or other financial services/products is required
Strong attention to detail with speed and accuracy executing daily tasks
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Be personable, service-oriented, and respectful at all times; maintain a positive helpful attitude
Be flexible in daily assignments; multi-task with ease
Be highly organized; able to set priorities and meet deadlines
Maintain integrity while processing internal client records and confidential information
Follow tasks through to completion; takes initiative and is willing to exceed expectations
Excellent computer skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suite, Adobe etc
Able to learn software systems with ease and willing to work effectively with these systems
Consistent attendance, punctual and reliable
Able to work independently and coordinate with others
Calm demeanor; able to handle pressure with ease
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, ability to maintain professionalism in all communications
Ability to problem solve independently
High school diploma/GED preferred or equivalent education/work experience
5+ years in a related field, or equivalent education and experience required
Relevant work experience as a processor in the financial, loan, or mortgage industry or related field
Preferred
Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is a plus
Experience working with custodians is strongly preferred
Experience or training in Salesforce a plus
