The Program Manager will oversee program activities, provide leadership to staff, and support the delivery of therapeutic services to youth.

Responsibilities
Oversee all milieu activities
Provide leadership, supervision and evaluation of program staff
Assist the Clinician in creation of psychosocial assessments and treatment plans for the youth
Connect with the parents of the enrolled children to provide updates on their child’s progress
Manage risk issues of program staff as well as the children
Evaluate the training needs of the program
Represent the program at appropriate Department of Mental Health meetings and any school based or care coordination meetings for the enrolled child
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in related field required
Experience with children with behavior problems or serious emotional disturbances
A valid Massachusetts driver's license is required and minimum three (3) years driving history required
Must be CPR and First Aid certified or able to become certified within 3 months of hire
Preferred
Previous experience in therapeutic after-school setting, day treatment, and/or residential program
Bilingual (Spanish & English) is highly preferred
