Responsibilities
Define and communicate Gorilla Logic’s technical vision aligned to business strategy and market positioning
Act as a connective leader across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Delivery
Provide architectural guidance and modernization leadership across client engagements
Stay current on emerging AI, cloud, and software engineering trends and translate them into pragmatic customer value
Mentor senior technical leaders and develop the next generation of engineering leadership
Qualification
Required
Senior technology leadership experience (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, or similar)
Experience in a product engineering consulting or services organization and within a product-led engineering environment
Demonstrated success supporting enterprise sales and shaping technical solutions that win complex deals
Deep expertise in modern software engineering, cloud-native platforms, and product development
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and scaling their adoption
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience leading or collaborating within nearshore development models and distributed engineering teams
Background in building packaged service or solution offerings
