10+ years expWaterline Design, LLC, a Hillhouse Capital portfolio company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead and scale business operations across assigned regions in the United States. This senior leadership role is responsible for regional strategy, revenue growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution in alignment with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities
Own and execute regional business strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and operational performance
Lead and manage regional teams across sales, operations, and strategic partnerships
Develop and oversee regional budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
Translate corporate strategy into executable regional plans and measurable outcomes
Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and performance management frameworks
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with executive leadership and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency
Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities within the region
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, operational, and risk management standards
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in regional management, operations, or general management
Proven track record of owning regional P&L and delivering sustained growth
Experience leading multi-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate effectively in a remote, distributed work environment
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Experience working with private equity, venture-backed, or investment-backed companies is highly preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
