ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Zencon Group Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer to develop and configure custom form submission and workflow review processes using the ServiceNow IT Service Management product. Responsibilities

Implement a Policy and Procedures solution within the ServiceNow platform
Migrate documents and associated metadata from a legacy system to ServiceNow across Development, QA, UAT (pre-prod), and Production environments
Collaborate with GDOT IT project managers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
Configure document and form creation (policies, procedures, Word and Excel forms) with custom metadata and templates
Enable draft creation, editing, and electronic submission for approval routing
Design and configure role-based electronic review and approval workflows by document type
Support reviewer actions including approve, send for correction, reject, comment, and task delegation
Provide workflow history and audit visibility for all document approvals
Enable search and retrieval of published documents and prior versions using metadata and keyword search
Configure publishing, audience access, and archiving of retired documents
Implement administrative functions for user role management and SLA configuration for approval groups
