Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in property management
5+ years of property management experience managing properties with 600+ units (combined)

State license (if required) in good standing
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willing to travel up to 15%, including overnight stays
Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date
