Responsibilities
First and foremost, your job is to respond to incoming leads quickly as a trusted resource to the homeowner
You are responsible for listening and understanding the homeowner’s challenges, explaining the existing Hassle Free Home Services plans and advantages, articulating how we help homeowners solve their problems, present a simple proposal for periodic services, and completing the sale
Qualification
Required
1-2 years in a sales role (home services not necessary)
Highly effective communicator especially on the phone or a Zoom call
Reliable, prompt, and follows through on a timely basis
Enjoys speaking to people and diligent about follow up
Computer savvy and regular Ai user
Willingness to learn, train, and grow
Ideal candidate is a recent college graduate looking to excel in a fast growing company
