Responsibilities

Produce high quality audio recordings of hearings
Produce high quality and accurate annotations of hearings
Obtain accurate spellings of names, spellings, places, terminology, etc. to enable an accurate transcript to be produced
Liaise with Epiq's clients in a professional manner
Utilize various recording technologies such as Liberty, FTR
Maintain accurate records of hearing sitting times and any applicable travel times
Upload and convert audio as and when required
Travel and work outside of office locations and in regional locations to record proceedings as and when required
Partake in periodic performance reviews with Monitoring Supervisor
Partake in annual security and compliance training
Assist with administration as and when required
Other duties as directed - eg: real-time equipment setups, collecting audio/documents from client premises
Ensure communications are clear, concise, and in line with business requirements
Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment, maintaining safe work practices at all times, and to work within and comply with Company safety policies and procedures
Ability to work outside standard business hours if required

Six months to one year basic office administration
Produce high quality audio recordings of hearings
