Responsibilities
Gather, organize, and validate data submitted for RFPs and renewals
Contact sales team, brokers, and TPA’s regarding gaps and errors in data
Enter data to key underwriting systems and ensure clean handoff to Underwriters
Assist with RFP inbox & work distribution
Assist team lead in assembling and auditing ongoing quality assurance reports
Learning other areas of our business by assisting on projects and with other departments outside of the Underwriting busy season
Qualification
Required
Consistency, accuracy & timeliness

Knowledgeable with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Vlookups)
Organized person who follows up and follows through
Adapts to policy and process changes
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, math, statistics, or experience in a related field
Analytical ability and attention to detail
Interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate across departments and with external stakeholders
