Responsibilities

Build trusted, executive-level and operational relationships with key client stakeholders
Lead strategic conversations to uncover client goals, constraints, and long-term needs across talent, services, and solutions
Identify, shape, and close expansion opportunities within existing clients to achieve revenue and billing targets
Guide proposal development, assess client interest, coordinate follow-ups, and review contracts and SOWs for completeness and risk
Lead high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs/CBRs) that demonstrate value delivered, strategic insights, and growth opportunities
Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned to each client’s business objectives
Serve as the primary escalation point for client concerns, ensuring proactive communication and timely resolution
Monitor and manage client health using data-driven tools, health scoring, and consistent touchpoints
Own the commercial and legal relationship, including renewals, NDAs, and vendor onboarding
Ensure onboarding for new hires and projects is smooth, thorough, and aligned with CoDev’s delivery standards
Manage client-facing invoicing conversations, issue resolution, and billing alignment
Track team performance, engagement quality, and delivery outcomes within each client environment
Drive strong NPS and client satisfaction through proactive stakeholder management and corrective action
Partner with internal teams to address performance issues, communication gaps, or integration challenges
Maintain clear documentation through Account Development Plans that guide strategy and execution
Own retention outcomes for assigned accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and stability
Identify and build a pipeline of expansion opportunities across roles, services, and team scaling
Balance client expectations with delivery realities to protect profitability and long-term success
Anticipate risks early and lead mitigation efforts to prevent churn or performance breakdowns
Collaborate closely with Sales, Placement, and Delivery to align client needs with the right talent and engagement models
Navigate client procurement processes and budgeting cycles to drive timely approvals
Guide clients through CoDev’s Success Blueprint, including: Cultural alignment, Communication and collaboration, Onboarding and training, Performance management, Tools, technology, and compliance
Help clients establish effective processes and rhythms with their international teams
Provide insights that optimize delivery outcomes, operating models, and measurable business impact
Partner closely with Recruiting, Placement, Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Marketing
Share client insights to support planning, forecasting, and execution
Represent the client voice internally to improve processes and elevate the CoDev client experience
Support referral and advocacy initiatives with satisfied clients

Required

4–7 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, or similar consultative roles
Experience in a service-based, talent-based, or B2B professional services environment strongly preferred
Strong understanding of IT consulting and software development concepts preferred
Proven ability to build trust with executives and technical leaders
Skilled in managing complex accounts, difficult conversations, and performance challenges
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Willingness to travel to client and team locations as needed

Preferred

Experience in a service-based, talent-based, or B2B professional services environment strongly preferred
Strong understanding of IT consulting and software development concepts preferred
