Responsibilities
Conduct effective, thorough, objective and timely investigations
Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships and employee morale
Conduct routine audits of personnel files and documentation at Center
Participate in recruitment events and assist Recruitment Team with coordination of effective recruitment plans
Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations as it pertains to human resources and employee relations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have at least five years of experience in HR
High School Diploma or equivalent
HR Director Experience
Leadership qualities required
LTC/SNF experience required
Computer knowledge
