Sales Strategic Accounts Coordinator

Jobvite is seeking a Sales Strategic Accounts Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in optimizing the success of their sales leadership across the world. The successful candidate will combine administrative excellence and operational support, collaborating closely with the VPs of Sales to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Ensure all required steps and events (e.g., prep calls, internal calls, follow-ups, etc.) are scheduled and completed on time
Coordinate internal and external meetings related to the sales process
Monitor and track progress through each stage of the sales cycle
Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups between sales representatives, management, and internal stakeholders
Send reminders and confirmations to ensure attendance and preparedness
Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of action items
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and milestones in CRM or other tracking systems
Generate regular reports on sales cycle progress, bottlenecks, and completed actions
Identify inefficiencies in the sales cycle and suggest improvements
Help implement best practices for smoother coordination and tracking

Required

Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a sales or business development environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
