Responsibilities

Skilled Performance Acceptance Tester responsible for evaluating performance and scalability of SOAP and REST APIs using JMeter

Strong knowledge of JMeter validations, API orchestration design, Beanshell scripting, and logic controllers

Experience running JMeter in distributed VM environments and analyzing JTL reports

Design, implement, and execute performance tests in JMeter to ensure systems meet required performance standards and handle expected loads efficiently

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and performance issues across databases, applications, and interfaces

Perform performance tuning and optimization wherever required

Create workload models and execute NFR testing, including: Load testing, Stress testing, Soak testing

Hands-on experience with additional API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI

Working knowledge of Linux, databases, and monitoring tools such as Grafana
