Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses to clients and staff
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams as needed
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support business operations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred
Associate degree or higher preferred
