Responsibilities
Operate Fabri’s printer farm of UV-cured resin printers
Maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot printers and other equipment
Post-process parts and prepare them for the next step in the workflow
Follow work instructions and procedures to maintain process and quality control
Ensure compliance with all EHSC protocols to protect yourself, the team, and the environment
Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operation and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience with 3D printing (including post processing) with SLA or DLP machines
Experience using computers and other technology in a manufacturing environment
Strong commitment to working safely, productively and compliantly
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs from the ground to 4 feet high
Preferred
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (ISO, AS9100, FDA GMP, etc.)
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts, especially 5S and single-piece flow
