Responsibilities
Establish confidence and trust: You are passionate about building and establishing trust with our residents, your co-workers, prospective residents and vendors. You will ensure all residents and/guests are authorized to be admitted to the facility
Periodically participate in resident events to provide support to the community staff and show appreciation to residents
Oversee the use, care, operation, maintenance, cleanliness, and record-keeping of all fitness equipment
Complete opening and closing checklists at the beginning and end of each workday
Respond to resident complaints and provide resolution. Maintain a high rate of resident satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Must have a valid driver's license
