This role offers significant visibility and strong long-term growth potential, including private equity exposure. The Finance Associate will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial output and maintain financial models.

Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis and support reporting across various credit facilities and financial structures
Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting, including debt schedules, waterfall calculations, and financial metrics
Review and interpret complex contracts and compliance documents
Maintain and enhance financial models and large datasets
Collaborate cross‑functionally to support accurate, timely financial output
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related analytical field
2+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, investment banking, or similar roles
Experience with loan compliance and reporting
Comfort interpreting legal/contract documentation
Familiarity with swap agreements and financial metric calculations
Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets
Advanced Excel skills; quick learner with new systems
Preferred
Private equity exposure is a plus
