Account Manager - Producer Relations - Remote Canada

Responsibilities

Build and foster relationships strong and trusting relationships with Producers by providing customizable and exemplary service, via managing communications, education, recruitment and onboarding. Analyze submitted Producer supply data reports, interpret numerical data, detecting anomalies, to ensure reporting accuracy. Critical thinking is required
Analyze submitted Producer supply data reports and adjustments, interpret numerical data, detecting anomalies, to ensure reporting accuracy. Critical thinking and client management is required
Oversee and understand life cycle of reporting; preparation and methodology, understanding obligation and designated materials, report submission, report review, fixing report errors, explaining invoices
Communicate policies, rules, contractual requirements, legislation, and regulations pertaining to the reporting of material tonnages and payment of fees

Required

Post secondary education/Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Administration or Customer Service Management
An equivalent combination of education, and account management experiences may be considered
2+ years of progressive customer service and account management experience is required
Knowledge of CRM, managing customer behaviour and conflicts, building customer relationships
Experience with client relationship building, in a call centre or in a similar office environment
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills while addressing large data sets
Strong communication and public speaking skills- verbal and written
Advanced Excel skills and comfortable learning new online tools
Dedicated attention to detail and accuracy; accountable and able to handle a portfolio of accounts
Strong research capabilities and documentation skills
Interest in environmental issues and how businesses contribute to good environmental performance
Flexible, adapting to new and changing tasks and can multi-task in a fast-paced and changing work environment while consistently demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Preferred

Preference will be given to candidates with a strong understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and the ability to communicate and apply AI technologies effectively within a business context
Bilingualism is an asset for this role (professional level French and English)
Working knowledge of SAP S4H is an asset
