Responsibilities
Develop and execute a forward-looking IT strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives and the PE value-creation plan
Lead the consolidation of decentralized IT environments into a standardized, scalable enterprise architecture
Implement modern digital platforms (ERP, MES, data analytics, cybersecurity) to enhance operational performance and decision-making, including the delivery of actionable business intelligence from core systems
Oversee enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management across a multi-site footprint
Establish and standardize IT processes, governance frameworks, and controls to support compliance, reliability, and operational resilience
Partner closely with manufacturing and operations leadership to improve automation, system uptime, and data accuracy
Manage strategic IT vendor relationships and ensure performance against defined service-level commitments
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing IT organization capable of supporting a growing enterprise
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, effectively translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions
Support technology due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts, ensuring seamless system and data onboarding
Design and implement scalable IT platforms to support ongoing and future bolt-on acquisitions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
Proven success leading enterprise IT transformations within decentralized organizations
Deep knowledge of ERP platforms, manufacturing systems, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure
Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication and change management capabilities
Preferred
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Experience supporting contract manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operating environments
Prior experience in private equity–backed or high-growth environments
