Responsibilities
Program, configure, and commission BAS for commercial buildings
Develop and modify HVAC control sequences (AHUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers, pumps)
Support new construction and retrofit projects
Troubleshoot and optimize BAS performance
Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and commissioning teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with commercial building BAS programming
Strong HVAC controls knowledge
Experience supporting offices, schools, healthcare, or government facilities
Familiarity with BAS platforms such as Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, or similar
