Responsibilities

Provides project coordination, documentation support, and schedule tracking to ensure the project aligns with business objectives, goals, and requirements
Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules in accordance with contract requirements
Analyzing, updating, developing, and processing program documentation
Establishing and controlling technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs
Leads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments, and planning efforts to determine impacts and constraints involving the project
Identifies risk and opportunities, develops mitigation planning, and refines the business case
Develops and establishes lead time requirements
Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, and techniques considered to be best practice
Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies
Ensure projects comply with relevant cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, FISMA, RMF) and regulatory requirements, mitigating potential risks and vulnerabilities
Help drive initiatives to modernize and automate cybersecurity processes, tools, and documentation
Coordinate with Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager to plan, initiate, manage IT projects, and lead and manage cross-functional teams of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering high performance
Works with leadership to establish and track OKRs and KPIs to ensure achievement of performance requirements
Support technical documentation, reports, and other deliverables as needed
Support dashboard management and updates
Assist with developing, managing, coordinating, and presenting various informational products, including:
Monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
Weekly senior management meetings
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or business-related programs
6+ years of experience in project and program coordination, with at least 3+ years specifically managing project coordination support for large-scale cybersecurity projects and programs that include on-premises and cloud-based cybersecurity implementations
Experience managing contracts with multiple subcontractors
3+ years of DoD experience
Must have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Experience with data visualization and PowerBI
Experience with Risk, Issues, and Opportunities in project planning
Experience in systems design and/or systems analysis and/or systems integration
Experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
Must have high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and possess advanced skills and knowledge in programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to analyze, update, develop, and process program documentation
Ability to develop, document, or implement new processes
Excellent interpersonal communication, facilitation, and leadership skills to effectively coordinate teams and communicate with stakeholders
Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools like SIEM systems, firewalls, VPNs, data encryption, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and endpoint protection
Skillful time management and organizational skills to set and meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Ability to work effectively in a team environment to encourage collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Ability to meet minimum clearance requirements
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred

Program Management Certification (PMP) desired (and must obtain within 6 months of start)
