Responsibilities
Bring fresh ideas to the table—we’re all about innovation and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (we love a good brainstorm)
Build, evangelize and execute the quarterly and annual product roadmap that aligns with the overall strategy of the department and company goals
Lead the strategy, planning, delivery, and optimization of the assigned product(s) by setting objectives and key results
Collect customer feedback and market insights, then articulate problems and business needs into well-written product requirements
Maintain and prioritize backlog based on business and customer impact
Closely collaborate with engineering teams to continuously deliver quality features
Perform thorough UAT & curate release notes
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience managing and building software products from conception to launch
Preferred experience in the benefits industry
You excel at reconciling customer needs with business objectives
You're passionate about product management and fast paced Agile environments
You're a strong writer and communicator who can distill complex, often conflicting or incomplete information into clear action plans
You relish in collaborating with leadership, engineering, design, sales, and customer support
You have strong intuitions backed by data on users and market trends
