Responsibilities
Lead the design process from conceptualization to final hand-off, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions and validate product hypotheses
Utilize Sketch to create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that clearly articulate design logic
Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and fidelity during implementation
Contribute to and maintain the corporate Design System to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
UX Design : Ability to solve complex interaction problems and simplify workflows. Strong grasp of information architecture and usability principles
UX Research: Ability to plan and execute research studies independently. Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and user interviews
Sketch: Mastery of symbols, libraries, and plugins. Ability to manage complex design systems and rapid prototyping within the tool
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
A strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design process, research methodologies, and results
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
Lead the design process from conceptualization to final hand-off, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions and validate product hypotheses
