Responsibilities

Testing and configuration of audio and intercom hardware

Design and build packages based on client requirements

Provide technical support to clients remotely and on site

Provide tech support to other NEP engineers

Perform repairs and upgrades as needed

Required

Solid Electrical knowledge

Ability to install and troubleshoot audio and intercom devices

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to solve unusual or unexpected problems

Effective communication skills

Willingness to take on new challenges and problems and see them through

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Able to deliver excellent customer service, externally and internally
