Lead/StaffScalence L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to support DevOps modernization and cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with DevOps, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive requirements in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities for DevOps and cloud modernization initiatives
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, DevOps teams, and engineering
Manage and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and sprint activities using JIRA
Support incident, change, and service management workflows using ServiceNow
Collaborate with teams to monitor application performance and system health using DataDog
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
Drive stakeholder communication, risk identification, and delivery tracking
Support project management activities including timelines, dependencies, and reporting
Qualification
Required
Azure Cloud (hands-on experience supporting cloud-based solutions)
DevOps environments and modernization initiatives
JIRA – backlog management, user stories, sprint tracking
ServiceNow – incident/change/problem management
DataDog – monitoring, logging, observability
Agile / Scrum methodology
Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills
